The company was born with the mechanical processes, which continue today and have evolved over time to follow the demands of the customers, the technological evolution of materials and production processes.
We have a very flexible approach in evaluating every request of our customers, whether the article to be realized is their project, or we must collaborate for the best final result. In both cases the customer can have a consolidated experience in decades of activity.
The mechanical production is oriented in the construction of small and medium-sized components both in single piece and in small series.
Currently, the processing of conventional materials has been complemented by the processing of ceramic materials, in particular sapphire and synthetic ruby, which due to their caracteristics of hardness and resistance, are increasingly used in various sectors.
The main processes are:
- micro-drilling and micro-milling
- traditional mechanical processing (turning, milling, grinding ...)
- construction of single pieces according to drawing
-construction of equipment for specific processes both on customer's design or starting from the mechanical design
-construction of machines or parts thereof for specific processes
- support the customer during the design phase also with IT tools (F.E.M. analysis) for built any component.
