PCD and HPHT wear parts
Ultra-hard materials such as PCD and single crystal diamond are highly appreciated not only as tools but also as wear-resistant materials.
They are used to make contact parts where there is continuous sliding friction, as in all devices that support the pieces during machining such as V-blocks and rests or as wire guides.
The duration compared to the same components in tungsten carbide and ceramics can be tens times longer.
They are made to the customer's draw and specifications.
