BROCHES(DRILLING TOOLS )
The production of these tools begins in parallel with the birth of the first clocks where they were used to work the stones (rubies) that inside the clock support the various components.
Subsequently they are used for machining other technical ceramic materials such as Al2O3, Si3N4, tungsten carbide, samarium cobalt, SiC ... which are increasingly used in many sectors due to their hardness and resistance.
These diamond tools are built mixing ceramic powder and diamond powder, and work by abrasion like any other diamond wheel.
Broches with hole
They are supplied regard the diameter, grain size, with or without internal hole on specific customer request and according to the type of process.
The main uses are:
- drilling (perçage),
- roughing and finishing of cones (degrossir),
- semispherical process (creusage),
The diameters range is from Ø 0.25 mm to Ø 5 mm, with tolerance 0.02 mm ( on request 0.01 mm), the internal hole is in ratio 1/2, 1/3 of the external diameter.
They are supplied with all the granulometries starting from 0-1 micron, for the super finishes, up to the mesh grits.

CUTTING SAW
Copper or steel cutting saw with mechanical fixing of diamond grain.
The standard thicknesses are 0.3 and 0.5 mm and the standard diameters are 100 mm, 150 mm and 200 mm, others on request.
These blade are used for cutting hard and extra-hard materials such as: natural stones, synthetic stones, ceramics, corundum, cobalt samarium, crystal, optical glasses, hard metal, and all hard materials that are cut with diamond saws.
The advantages they offer are: economy and little waste in the cut thanks to the reduced thickness.
The type of diamond and relative grain size on request (depending on the type of material processed and the desired roughness).
VETRIFIED BOND DIAMOND GRINDING WHEEL
Special diamond wheels with vetrified bond.
They are supplied with the shapes and dimensions requested by the customer.
The grain size, the concentration and the hardness are agreed and provided for the specific process.
The main uses are: optical lenses, watch glasses,special grinding operations on metal carbides, ceramics and technical stones, and for all materials processed with diamond wheels.
