PCD, CBN AND SINGLE-CRISTAL TOOLS
These tools are the top about cutting properties and durability in the processing of particular materials that are difficult to machine due to their hardness or abrasiveness characteristics.
PCD is used for processing all materials that do not contain carbon, from metals such as aluminum and brass, tungsten carbide and ceramics, up to fibre-reinforced plastics.
CBN is used for carbon-containing materials, from cast irons to hardened steels.
The single crystal in its various forms is used in the same applications as PCD, it has the disadvantage of being a little more fragile, but it is highly appreciated for the surface finishes that can be obtained, in some caseslike a mirror. This is due to the fact that there are no diamond grains inside as in PCD, but the roughness is at an atomic level, given by the individual atoms that make the crystal.
For the construction of our tools we use material produced by industry leaders of nthe sector to have high quality while maintaining a competitive and accessible price.
The production varies from standard inserts to customer-draw tools.
TUNGSTEN CARBIDE AND HSS MILL/TOOLS
To complete our product range there are solid carbide and HSS end mill and tools.

All our tools are made of submicron carbide.

- flat, toric, semi-spherical end mills for high-alloy steels and stainless steels with specific nano coating for these materials
- flat, toric, semi-spherical end mills for low-alloy and non-alloy steels

- 6-flute end mills for finishing
- end mills with "dark" DLC coating for aluminum >10% Si and non-ferrous and highly abrasive materials such as CFRP reinforced plastics
- end mills with "rainbow" DLC coating which is used for all non-ferrous materials such as aluminum <10% Si, plastics, copper, bronze, wood... this coating gives to the end mills special anti-adhesive properties of the chip inside the teeth... the end mills with this coating called U-grove are highly appreciated and used in particular on aluminum to carry out large removals with a depth of cut up to 5 times the diameter, this is obtained thanks to the combination of the particular geometry of the tooth and the coating which facilitate the evacuation of the chip avoiding clogging.
